Hi Guys,

We've been really busy getting all these cool new changes done with the business and our new inventory system. I'm working on updating all the manuals, but for now this page will have to do for the new Mini Tiburon Bipe Kits. There is also some great info at www.rcgroups.com in the 3D section. Many guys are doing an online build thread.  These are brand new and not officially released yet, but those of you fortunate to get one or two at the shows will love it. There's some great video of this indoor monster on the Video page! That'll get you excited to be flying! I would recommend downloading the MINI KATANA manual for some additional pointers on the wing and fuse construction. I'll soon have the full complete manual for all kits done.

3D Foamy Models

insert the flat carbon spars vertically into the top and bottom wings. open the slot and apply CA. Close it up, and hit it with accelerator.

Glue on the lower wing skins to the main wing. There will be a gap at the center of the lower wing for the fuselage to go through.

The top wing is the one with the half circle cut out at the TE.

The side rails get the matching 2mm foam doublers laminated to both sides, top and bottom.

First glue on the doublers to both sides of the main fuselage.

Then glue on the side rails to the fuselage. place the whole fuse into the notches on the bottom wing. Square it up and glue it in place

Slide the vertical interplane struts into the matching slots on the wings. The notches for the wing skins will tell you the correct orientation. Square them up and CA in place.

Slide the stab into the notch in the rear of the fuselage.

Mount the top wing to the fuse pylon and the 2 interplane struts. CA in place

Bevel the control surfaces and then use tape to hinge them

Sorry for the bad picture... This shows the top/bottom aileron connectors.

Overall view of the rear end... I use some kite string or Kevlar thread to make a anti twist tail brace. very light and works great! You can also see the control horn placements and servo locations.

Little Screamer mounted to the ply firewall.

Side rails and lower wing... double side tape for mounting the electronics.

CG should be at the rear of the LE sheeting where it meets the back of the interplane struts.
