What to Expect when Ordering

Our secure shopping system is directly tied to our inventory management system. We stock all items that are for sale on the website. When you click a "Buy Now" button on the website, it will add that item to your cart for purchase. If you are trying to purchase and item that is out of stock, the shopping cart will not allow it to be backordered, and will inform you of this. We are constantly manufacturing kits, parts, and also receiving daily shipments of supplies for scratch builders. Please allow 1-2 weeks for out of stock items to be restocked. Items in stock please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery, we are not in control of the postal system and do our best, typical orders are received in a week.

What to Expect when Paying

Your Credit Card order will be charged at the time of order by the shopping cart system. It can be refunded if you cancel your order. PayPal payments must be received before shipments will be sent. Fax/Mail orders must have a check sent in the mail, or credit card info faxed before shipment.

I am so confident in the quality of the kits that I produce, that I offer this guarantee:

1. If you get it and you don't like it, send it back un-built for a full refund of the purchase price!
2. If you start assembly and it's not what you thought it would be, send it back and we'll refund 40% of your purchase price.
3. If you build it per the instructions and it does not fly like you wanted, send it back! We'll refund you 20% of the purchase price. (Try THAT with other places!)
4. If you crash it.... well I can't cover that for you.... but I have "Crash Coupons" that are for 10% off your next order! e-mail me  your crash story and I'll get you the coupon code. 

A Few Rules on the Guarantees...

1. You need to e-mail BEFORE you return a kit or other item. I'll need to issue you a return item #. (Returned items without a RI # WILL NOT get refunded)
2. The return shipping cost is on you.
3. The return needs to be packaged in the original packaging.
4. Built kits need to have all main airframe parts in one piece. No evidence of a crash. No Cutting parts to fit a box! You'll get further instructions when you request the RI #.
